Brief introduction
Pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), pure products are white orslightly yellow crystals. Exposed to moist air will quickly absorbmoisture from the air and hydrolyzed into Pyromellitic Acid.Dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethylformamide, acetoneand other organic solvents, insoluble in ether, chloroformand benzene. Mainly used as raw material for polyimide, andcrosslinking agent for the manufacture of epoxy curing agent andthe polyester resin extinction.
Pyromellitic acid(PMA), also known as 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylicacid, white to yellowish powdery crystal, is mainly used in thesynthesis of polyimide, octyl pyromelliate, etc., is the main rawmaterial for the production of matting curing agent.
