Product Description

Graphene oxide has a large number of oxygen-containing groups on its surface. It has good solvent solubility and affinity with polymers. Oxygen content of oxygen group is 30-40%, water solubility is very good, and the content of monolayer after dissolution is more than 99%. The size and thickness of the microchip ranged from 0.5 to 3 um and from 0.55 to 1.2 nm. No precipitation.

Graphene oxide powder is obtained by vacuum freeze-drying of graphene oxide sol. During freeze-drying, graphene oxide will not lose oxygen-containing groups on the surface and cause overlap between graphene oxide layers. The powder after drying is porous and spongy. It dissolves quickly and completely after adding water, and almost immediately restores the original sol properties.

The graphene oxide powder can be dispersed directly in aqueous solution and solvent (ultrasound is better) to obtain uniform and stable dispersion solution (see dispersion guide for specific dispersion method).

Packing & Storage

Appropriate protective clothing and safety gloves shall be worn to preclude direct contact with the human body. In the event of contact, immediate rinsing with copious amounts of water is required. Adequate processing measures should be implemented to prevent dust generation. Ensure proper ventilation and install dust collectors to avoid inhalation. Exercise caution during loading and unloading to safeguard against package damage.

The product should be stored in tightly sealed containers in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated location, maintaining a safe distance from ignition sources and heat. It must be segregated from strong reducing agents and combustible substances. Verify that the packages are intact and free from leaks. Once the package is opened, the product should be used promptly. Partially used packages must be resealed tightly. The product is sensitive to moisture. If the product absorbs moisture, whether due to package damage or open storage, it is recommended that, after removing the outer packaging (excluding the paper valve pocket), the product be dried at 80°C for several hours until it reaches a moisture-free state.

Under the aforementioned packing and transportation circumstances, this product remains valid for an extended period. In case of stringent requirements regarding moisture content, it is advisable to conduct drying in accordance with Article 5 before use.

TRANSPORT

Non-restricted goods. Shield from sunlight, rain, leakage and detached labels. Prohibited from being thrown. Handle with care during loading and unloading to prevent damage. Keep away from ignition sources and heat. Shall not be transported in conjunction with corrosive substances.
